Refunds and Returns

Returns
To return a Mcgregors product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before sending any item back to us. To obtain an RMA number, simply email sales@mcgregorsuniforms.co.uk and request one. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- Date of purchase
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once you receive your RMA number, it must be clearly written on the outside of the return parcel.
What Can be Returned
Most items sold by Mcgregors can be returned. To qualify:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
If any item shows noticeable wear or is not in its original packaging, it will not be eligible for return.
What cannot be Returned
- Items returned more than 30 days after receipt
- Items not in their original packaging
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage
All items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for return.
Refunds
Returns for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
Exchange
Returns for exchange must also be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.
Shipping
All shipping costs to return products to Mcgregors are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.
How to Return Your Items
- Request an RMA number by contacting Customer Support at sales@mcgregorsuniforms.co.uk. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your return parcel.
- Send the package to:
